Postage and Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 72 hours and post your order to you using Royal Mail within the UK. We strive to ensure that orders placed before 1pm on a working day (Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day, with orders received after 1pm dispatched the following day. Please allow 7 working days for delivery.

We do not dispatch outside of the UK.

The following conditions apply to the dispatch of orders:
Payment is accepted and billing address verified
Delivery address is verified and confirmed
Delays may be caused by external influences over which we have no control

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any opened cosmetic product due to hygeine considerations. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please remember to get a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office and retain this for your reference.

We will not accept returns after 14 days from receipt and will not accept returns of goods that have been opened or used or where any original labels are no longer intact. We check all items thoroughly before sending each order and we suggest customers check each item before opening or removing any labels.

We will contact you by email or telephone to arrange a refund on the original credit/debit card used for the purchase within 72 hours of us receiving the returned items. The refund will include the full value of the items returned including any VAT thereon, but excluding original delivery charges.
